I feel good.

I feel pretty good today. I've eaten less than a hundred calories and walked a mile and a half. I might walk again tonight. Anyone know some good tips to help me fast?

I think the key thing in fasting is keeping yourself distracted and away from food. watch tv, paint your nails, read whatever. I find keeping yourself distracted works best
